1. Cost
Free US shipping on the three-bottle and six-bottle packs. The two-bottle pack shows its shipping charge at checkout before you pay — check the total on the seller's page rather than assuming it from ours.
2. Timing
Orders are typically processed within one business day and arrive in the continental United States within roughly five to seven business days. Weekends, public holidays and the weeks around them add to that. International delivery, where offered, takes longer and may attract customs charges the recipient pays.
3. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once the parcel is handed to the carrier. If nothing has arrived after two business days, check the spam folder before writing to anyone — that is where most of these end up.
4. Nothing arrived
Follow the tracking first. If it has stalled for several days, or shows delivered while nothing is there, contact the seller's support with the order number. Ask a neighbour and look wherever your carrier normally leaves parcels before escalating.
5. Damage in transit
Photograph the outer box and the bottles before unpacking further, and contact the seller the same day. This is a replacement matter, handled separately from the guarantee.
6. Address changes
Only the seller can alter a delivery address, and only before dispatch. Contact them immediately if you notice a mistake.
7. Storage when it lands
Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun, lid closed. Not the bathroom shelf and not the car. Keep it where children cannot reach it.
